“Absentee ballot issues continue. Stark [County] Board of Elections allows
those who got an absentee ballot but claim they haven’t sent it to
vote regularly. Apparently there are two absentee voter lists – those
that were sent absentee ballots, and those that have voted absentee.
The BoEs claim that their record-keeping will prevent any
double-voting. I am not convinced. … Summit County, Ward K, Precinct 3, Witness: xx. Several instances of absentee voters showing up and voting regularly. Throughout Stark County this is happening. … There are several success stories. For every five incident reports, we get a call about provisional ballots being provided when they should be or aggressive electioneering being stopped.”
