The Most Misleading Piece of Research Ever Placed Before Congress

Law professor Todd Zywicki found himself testifying before Congress last week—and discovered a hearing so obviously rigged in favor of such astoundingly bad social science that today (as I write this, it’s still Thursday out here on the West Coast) he laid the entire experience before the reading public in the Washington Times.  Peruse the column, shake your head in dismay, and then thank the country’s lucky stars there are still people like Todd around to call junk junk.
