Mr. Momness

My wife, the Fair Jessica, doesn’t come home for another 10 days (she’s off at the UN fighting the good fight) so I’m on Mr. Mom duty. This is hard. I’m not surprised how hard it is. But you can only appreciate how hard it is to be a single parent when you try it. It’s not just the schedule-juggling (this has proved quite inconvenient to my defenestration of crunchy conservatism, for example). It’s the inability to concentrate on, well, stuff.

But I will persevere and get the job done. As Michael Keaton says in Mr. Mom, 220…221, whatever it takes!
