MSNBC contributor Ana Marie Cox had this insight on the Second Amendment this afternoon: “The way that we talk about this, when even people use the term, ‘gun rights’ as though that is something that exists is a problem. The Second Amendment is not about gun rights, it’s about a well-armed and well-regulated militia.”
