The numbers keep getting worse for Republican Jim Tedisco, who now trails Democrat Scott Murphy by 365 votes in the race for New York’s 20th Congressional District.
Although he won a minor victory yesterday when a court decided the campaigns can inspect the applications for several challenged absentee ballots, Tedisco now has a very large vote margin to overcome and just 1,800 challenged ballots remaining.
