Black voters should start worrying about ‘black on black crime down in city hall,” where Democratic machine politicians hold power, a group of activists said in the latest attempt to drive black voters away from the Democratic Party.

“There’s a black on black crime down in city hall, there’s a black on black crime down in all the state capitols in America, where all the black folks are voting against our interests,” Paul McKinley says in the video, released by Rebel Pundit, while standing in front a Cook County Department of Corrections facility.

“My life has been hurt by democrats,” another man, Joseph Watkins, adds.

The video is the latest attempt by black activists or politicians to counter the majority of black politicians who support Democrats. Louisiana state Senator Elbert Guillory, for instance, cut an ad targeting Senator Mary Landrieu for failing to support the black community.

“Unfortunately, the black community over the last few decades, as a community, we have put all our eggs in one basket,” Guillory told NRO. “[Landrieu] has not discussed with me, during any of our conversations, anything about the general needs of my community — about safety or education or jobs or anything.”
