Regarding the responses to the “silly screed” on the Patriot Act – the reason why the readers can’t figure out what the lady is talking about regarding the misc Section of the Patriot Act is because she’s referring to the so-called “Patriot Act II” – WHICH NEVER PASSED CONGRESS.
So, basically, the lady is railing about “the Patriot Act” as cover for railing about things that were never made into law….sheesh!
