It seems to have passed completely unnoticed in The Corner that during the
pre-race ceremonies at the Daytona 500 on Sunday all of the singers could
actually sing and both singers and dancers were wearing adequate clothing.
As a departure from the cultural norm this OUGHT to have been noted. 😉
I cannot be the only NRO reader who cheers the stealth bomber and gets
misty-eyed over F-15’s even without the sight of President Bush shaking
hands with Richard Petty.
