NBC News chief medical editor Nancy Snyderman voiced her support for Obamacare and called for the law to go even further. “I think there should be a single-payer system,” Snyderman told Morning Joe earlier this week.
While she repeatedly stated there was “more good than bad” in the law, Snyderman admitted that Obamacare’s reforms will have an adverse effect on small businesses, some physicians, and rural hospitals. Though young people will be forced to pay more under Obamacare, she pushed them to enroll on the exchanges.
“I made my kids sign up because I just said, ‘This is your patriotic duty,’” she said.
