A new website, NeverTrump.com, launched earlier today in a continued effort to prevent Donald Trump from winning the Republican nomination. The website hosts a simple petition for users to sign and share, saying the will never vote for Trump.
Over 3,000 individuals have signed the petition since the site went live around 11 a.m. this morning.
The petition states:
We, the undersigned, will never vote for Donald Trump. We stand united to defend basic, common decency and Constitutional principles. And we will do our part to deny Donald Trump the Republican nomination and ensure that he never becomes commander-in-chief of the United States of America. Never means never.
The site launched on the heels of Trump’s announcement that he will not give his scheduled address at the CPAC conference Saturday morning.
