The New Gipper?

Peter Robinson is away on vacation this week, and graciously loaned me his Forbes.com column space to offer a comparison of Obama and Reagan at the 200-day mark. (All of this in the run-up to a certain book launch in about ten days.) Meanwhile, over at American.com, I offer some observations on media and elite opinion about the 1982–83 recession as compared with the current downturn, wondering whether the media will cover the nascent Obama recovery in the same way it covered the Reagan recovery.
