A New Jobs Program

If plans to cap salaries at $250K for employees of any company that borrowed more than $5 billion in federal bailout money go through, we will probably see a flight of managers to the few firms that didn’t take the money — and then we can staff Citicorp, AIG, Freddie, Fannie, etc. with ACORN organizers in their places.
