Look for a new World Bank president any time now. Gaggling aboard AF-1 enroute to Georgia, Tony Snow signaled the choice is imminent. “I think we’re getting pretty close,” he said. Asked if it would be this week, he said, “likely.” Asked if it would be today, he said, “I don’t expect a formal announcement out of the White House today.”
