Does Newt Gingrich still think he’s a viable presidential candidate? Perhaps. But while in California raising money for his flagging campaign, he took time out to visit the San Diego Zoo. As I noted in my NRODT article on Gingrich and the environment, Newt’s zoo visits are rather common.
