So Rudy Giuliani is really nothing more than Frank Rizzo (Mark Levin) or Dianne Feinstein (David Freddoso). As I recall, Frank Rizzo’s efforts did nothing to stem Philadelphia’s slide into urban decay, and Dianne Feinstein…I don’t actually know what on earth to make of that analogy. Oh, and Mark?
