Guys in the House are adamant that there’s no deal and suspect something about the talks was leaked to Senate Democrats, who have spun it into something it isn’t out of fear of a deal not to their liking.
UPDATE: A GOP Senate source calls the reports of a deal “wildly overoptimistic,” and believes Chuck Schumer is trying to blow something up that might include Medicare.
