P.S. That Woody Jenkins article in the New York Times this morning really is amazing. You would think that, if a Democrat got beat in Dem country, they’d be doing backflips to explain it as something wrong with the individual. But when a conservative Republican gets beat by a conservative Dem, it is somehow a victory for liberalism? The Times fails to mention the fact that the entire Dem strategy was built on exploiting the fact that Jenkins had numerous liens on his business for failing to pay taxes.
