Those who succeeded in applying for health-care through California’s state-run exchange aren’t quite to the finish line yet.
As reported by KUSI, the exchange has only been accepting applications to sign up for health-care policies — nobody has actually been enrolled “because the people behind the scenes are not trained yet to sell anything.”
The exchange has accepted roughly 7,100 applications despite numerous technical difficulties that necessitated taking the site offline twice.
