Not a Circus?

I had to giggle when Brian Stelter, Mr. “TV Newser,” in the midst of relating Cindy Sheehan’s 20,585 TV news mentions, pleaded with anchors not to use idealism-draining words like “media circus” to describe the Crawford Peacenik Shtick: “I wish media organizations would stop talking about the hype about the media and MoveOn.org. Let’s remember why she is there in the first place!”

Well, Brian, she is there (and on TV around the clock) to create a media circus. (This is what a circus looks like, dude.) She is a phenomenon precisely because of the media and their unofficial assignment editors at MoveOn. Would she stay if no one was there to interview her?
