Not The Manhattan Project

Our federal government is considering proposing possibly putting forward, if suitable authorizations and approvals can be obtained, following proper consultation with all interested parties, the practicality, or feasibility (if the funds can be appropriated) of maybe perhaps, at some unspecified future date (to be determined after full discussion with all interested parties and many public hearings), signing off on the design specs for a “virtual fence” across 28 miles of our 2,000-mile southern border.

Once the “virtual fence” is in place, of course, the Department of Homeland Security (in full consultation with other federal departments, state authorities, local landowners, and of course our friendly neighbor to the south) will need to begin the approvals process for switching on the power. That process could take several years…
