Not the Dnipro

MBD, I hate to bear bad news, but I don’t think at the end of this the House will be any more committed to reasserting its powers in foreign policy. Chip Roy is genuinely interested in reforms in the House process, but a core of the dissidents simply don’t want McCarthy to be speaker, want to accrue more power for themselves, and/or want chaos.

So, foreign policy isn’t really part of this revolt. But maybe the one in six months against Speaker McHenry or Greene?
