A fair tweak from a reader:

What is your problem with Protestants?

You forgot to mention middle-class Protestants. You know. The majority in this country. Was this because middle-class Protestants were too dumb to raise the level of competition? Or is it because we knew some secret handshake and could get into Harvard before the advent of the SAT?
