Arizona’s Supreme Court has banned the terms “illegal alien,” “illegal immigration,” “open borders advocates,” “proponents for amnesty,” and others from all of the state’s courtrooms.
UPDATE: Though the Judicial Watch release says that Arizona’s Chief Justice “bans” the use of “illegal aliens,” the actual letter from the Chief Justice to the “Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association” says only that she has “taken several steps to to notify our judges of your concerns.” Even that’s pretty bad, but it’s not quite “banning” the words.
