Michelle Obama made good on her promise: Last week on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the first lady told viewers they would get a chance to see how the president and vice president exercise if they took part in the latest “Let’s Move!” social-media campaign.
“Mr. President, you ready to move?” Biden says in the video.
“Let’s do this thing — let’s move,” Obama responds. The two go jogging around the White House, stretch, and, of course, hydrate after their workout.
“After a good workout, you got to drink . . . otherwise we’re going to be in trouble with Jill and Michelle,” the president says at the end.
