Obama Endorses Wider Set-Asides for Female-Owned Companies

Barack Obama sent a letter last week to the Small Business Administration, criticizing its proposed rule that would limit the use of set-asides for female-owned companies to instances where there is evidence of disparities caused by discrimination.  As I wrote earlier this year, however, the only problem with the proposed rule is that it allows set-asides at all.  It’s bad enough that Senator Obama listens to Jeremiah Wright; what’s unforgivable is that apparently he does not read NRO.
