One-Trap Mind

Michael Kinsley complains that hawks have put doves in a no-win bind. If congressmen try to use unconstitutional means to end the war, the hawks say they can’t do it. And if they try to use constitutional means, then the hawks make. . . arguments against that course of action. How sinister! It’s almost as though war supporters support the war.
