Some of us non-papists were celebrating the Feast of the Circumcision of Our Lord According to the Flesh, along with my namesake, St Basil the Great on January 1.
I did, however, find the article at EWTN interesting. One note, though, if you have any pull with EWTN folks is that “synapsis” in the first paragraph should be “synaxis”.
