Orwellian Lingo in Sacramento

Okay, it’s one thing for the California legislature to ignore the 61-percent majority against so-called “gay marriage.” But is it some kind of sick joke to call the shred-the-Bible bill the “Religious Freedom and Civil Marriage Protection Act”? The Washington Post story is big on establishing on its front page that this could be a “tipping point” in the crusade for Forced Gay Acceptance, but once again, they fail to note that 61 percent favored protecting the word, the tradition, and the sacrament of marriage at the ballot box. What it could be is the tipping point when Democrats started losing their big majority in California.
