Jonah — Congrats on the review. I haven’t read (or seen a copy of — hint, hint) the book, but I thought the review was the the best you could have hoped for. It seemed to take you seriously, and acknowledged some strong points in the book, even while making his critiques explicit. And, as you note, it had plenty of language for you to put on the paperback edition.
