Obama is spinning his “no preconditions” position on dealing with terrorist regimes to “no preconditions but yes preparations.” Although Obama won’t admit he has changed his position, there’s no reason we shouldn’t notice it. And I still await the answer to the question I posed last week: Would Obama have met with Adolf Hitler in 1939? If so, would he do so without preconditions but with preparation?
