Police have located and questioned the registered owner of the SUV used in the Times Square bombing attempt on Saturday night. NYPD says that the owner is not a suspect at this time. It is unclear whether the owner matches the description of the 40-something white male seen to be walking away from the SUV on surveillance videos.
