I leave tomorrow for Oxford to defend the existence of the United States of America. It’s my understanding that only members of the Union are allowed to attend the debates, but I really hope conservatives and other friends of America among OU members will attend if they can. A sympathetic room makes things a lot easier — and fun — for the forces of truth and justice and will increase the possibility of victory.
Now, if only some Corner-reading executive at American Airlines would see fit to upgrade me to business class from steerage so as to aid in my preparation. If that seems like a shameless ploy it is only because it is.
