Ted Cruz is pulling in some big conservative stars to rouse voters: Both Sarah Palin and Jim DeMint will join Cruz for a get-out-the-vote rally Friday night in Houston. Palin, who endorsed Cruz back in May, has proved to be an enthusiastic backer. Earlier this week, she wrote a Facebook note in support of Cruz, who is in a runoff with David Dewhurst to be the Republican nominee in the Texas Senate race.
