Palin Looks to Iowa

Sarah Palin has begun looking into what it would take to run a campaign in Iowa, according to RealClearPolitics.

“The idea that we’re not in Iowa is inaccurate,” said Andy Davis, an adviser to Palin’s PAC.

An Iowa Tea Party official told RealClearPolitics that he had spoken to a Palin friend late last year about a grassroots campaign in Iowa.  That official is also working to invite Palin to host a fundraiser in the site.

It doesn’t appear that Palin or her staffers have contacted any of the experienced GOP operatives in the state yet.
