Jonah: Let’s not forget the Diebold voting machines, which began erasing Democrats’ votes or flipping them to Republicans in the 2002 Senate elections and then caused major problems in 2004 (most of all in Ohio). Forests were felled to unveil this conspiracy — but not since the 2006 midterms. If the Republicans revive in 2010, look for the conspiracy-mongering to revive as well.
