Over on the home page, I glance at the Kemp-Ryan connection: “For the last two decades, countless Republican politicians have associated themselves with Ronald Reagan. It can link a run-of-the-mill conservative with glories past. But Paul Ryan, though a Reagan admirer, has not explicitly modeled his career on the Gipper. Instead, he frames his politics through the prism of Jack Kemp, the late supply-side congressman from upstate New York.
