I meant smart lawyers, Andy! Really. No offense meant. (My point, that is, was that the reason why we ask you and David Rivkin and other smart lawyers to write about these constitutional questions is that you’re all smart lawyers who know about the legal issues involved, among other things you know.) And I was under the impression that Giuliani is a friend of yours. Again, really, no offense meant.
