In the wake of Orlando, Democrats finally have found a way to begin stripping Americans of their Second Amendment rights. First, they’ll strip them of their Fifth Amendment rights.
The Fifth Amendment declares that no person shall “be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law.” No one should be barred from purchasing a gun without a legal process that justifies their being stripped of the right to do so.
