nomination to challenge Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s bid for

re-election next year, a top adviser said Monday….

ME: Yesterday I would have bet she’d announce a run against Spitzer–would be more doable. But she will get big national exposure this way.

Ed Cox, who did a local NY show yesterday, and was hoping for the GOP nod in the Senate race, can’t be too pleased.
