A new Gallup poll shows that, for now, the unions are winning the messaging battle. Forty-eight percent of Americans say they agree more with the state employee unions in Wisconsin and other states where measures similar to Wisconsin’s collective bargaining powers limitations have been proposed or passed. Thirty-nine percent side with Scott Walker and the other governors, while nine percent have no opinion.
