The Post, On a Roll With Noam

Washington Post reporter Michael Powell (not the former FCC boss) publicizes the Harvard paper that claimed Israel has waaay too much power in determining U.S. foreign policy. (Some Cornerites will especially blink at Juan Cole being described without any label as “leftist,” or “liberal,” or “extra-foamy.”) It’s very broad in its exploration of left-wing opinion, as Powell notes that radical crackpot (in Powell’s case, “left-wing Jewish intellectual”) Noam Chomsky thinks the Harvard paper-writers are “naïve.”

What’s with all the Chomsky-love at the Post, with this story coming just days after their online “Chat with Chomsky“?
