The “Pro-Business Supreme Court”

didn’t show up today. Six justices, including Clarence Thomas, ruled that FDA approval for a drug does not shield its manufacturer from suits in state courts about the drug’s dangers. (Skimming the opinions, it looks as though Thomas doesn’t think the majority goes far enough.)
