The only thing worse than being a moron is celebrating your moron-ness. I can’t believe you would actually attack Obama for pronouncing words correctly.
I believe my correspondent is referring to this post, in which I made light of both candidates for their annoying pronunciations of “Taliban” and “Pakistan.” Actually, neither Pahk-ee-stahn nor Tahl-ee-bahn is the “correct pronunciation” in English of those words.
