For Governor Walker, these maps matter. The western part of the Badger State turned out for Kloppenburg on Tuesday. If the GOP wants to have a shot at winning the state in 2012, it will need to flip these areas back to red, and drive up conservative turnout in Milwaukee and neighboring counties such as Adams, Wood, and Jackson.
