Pryor: Obamacare ‘Amazing Success Story So Far’

Democratic senator Mark Pryor of Arkansas, who’s being challenged Republican representative Tom Cotton, gushed his support for Obamacare today, likely to be one of the top issues in the 2014 election.

“I would say if you want a good opinion about Obamacare, go right here to Mercy Hospital and ask them how they feel about it,” Pryor told a local television station. “It’s been an amazing success story so far.”

Pryor is seen as one of the most vulnerable Democratic incumbents in the 2014 Senate races. Running in a state where the president is remarkably unpopular, he’s broken with the Obama administration on some policies, but voted for the president’s health-care law.

It takes a much-considered artist — Homer (1836–1910) is among the gods atop the heap of American artists — and finally makes ... Read More
