Q&A with Kevin Williamson

Kevin Williamson of National Review is with me this week at Hillsdale College, where he’s teaching a one-credit course for journalism students on “Covering Controversy.” He seems to know a thing or two about the subject. Earlier this week, he sat down with the campus newspaper for a Q&A, which you may read here. A highlight:

I happen to be born to an unmarried, 15-year-old girl a trimester before Roe was decided. If abortion had been legal, I probably would not be here.

John J. Miller, the national correspondent for National Review and host of its Great Books podcast, is the director of the Dow Journalism Program at Hillsdale College. He is the author of A Gift of Freedom: How the John M. Olin Foundation Changed America.
