There is nothing aggressive about standing there. Standing there in fact is pretty much the textbook definition of passivity. Mohandas K. Gandhi wasn’t that passive at the salt works.
Words mean things. Journalists, even the television kind, are supposed to know that. Lawyers, even the television kind, are supposed to know that, too.
