Rafsanjani Arrest Warrant

Argentina issues a warrant for the arrest of former Iranian president Rafsanjani, whom many in the US see as a partner for engagement.  The charge is complicity in terrorist bombings against civilians in Argentina.  This isn’t the first time a foreign court has issued charges against Rafsanjani for murder and conspiracy to murder civilians.
