I thought he did a good job (though I missed the very top of the interview). It clearly wasn’t his audience though. I like the Daily Show, but the audience tends to hoot and cheer for the most banal and unremarkable things so long as they come out of Stewart’s mouth. I guarantee if you read a transcript and then compared it to the video, you’d be stunned at what the audience went batty over. A couple times it even seemed like Stewart was uneasy about it. Anyway, good for Ramesh going into the pit like that.
