Ramesh Two-fer in Houston!

Yipee ki-yay! At noon today the Houston Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society will be hosting a lunch at Akin Gump (1111 Louisiana Street, 44th Floor) where NR Senior Editor Ramesh Ponnuru will speak about the same-sex marriage debate in remarks entitled, “Marital Discord at the Supreme Court.” The cost for big ideas (he’ll explore how same-sex marriage has moved rapidly from inconceivability to seeming inevitability, plus discuss recent SCOTUS oral arguments) and a swell meal is only $30, and there is still time to RSVP, right here. And then tonight, Ramesh will be speaking at St. Michael’s Parish on “Catholicism in Public Discourse.” There’s no cost. The event starts at 7:00PM, and is located at the church’s Life Center, Room A, 1801 Sage Road (again, in Houston). RSVP here.
